Job Description

Based in Bloemfontein, we are a subsidiary of the Raubex Group. We are looking for a Site Cleark who will be working on projects with Civils, Electrical and Mechanical activities within Raubex Infra. The Individual will be a Project based Site Clerk, willing to work away from home and only be home one pay weekend per month. The Site Clerk will report to the Construction Manager and be responsible for general site administration and other related tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12.

• A minimum of 3 Years Administrative Training.

• Any formal certified training will be beneficial.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative roles within the Construction Industry.

• Good communications skills and multilingual is adventitious.

• Be willing to work under pressure.

• Able to plan tasks, be efficient and productive.

• Be self-driven

• Be prepared to work overtime when required.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Labour

On Boarding of Employment Contracts:

•Medicals.

•Inductions.

Exit Process:

•Notice period according to contract, use relevant templates.

•Exit Medicals to be filed on site.

•Complete files to be copied, scanned and loaded onto the Intranet.

Daily time sheets:

•Management of wage employees time sheets

•Capture and manage daily diaries

•Manage disciplinary records.

•Sign off data sheets

Month data (All salary employees) and Capture of month data:

Materials and Suppliers:

•Obtain quotations from suppliers.

•Generate requisitions.

•Reconcile quantities of purchased materials.

•Attend and report at monthly site cost meetings.

Plant:

•Supplier Process of Generated requisitions.

•Plant report on external and internal small plant.

Fuel sheets

• On site diesel recons and fuel usage tracking sheets.
